Our Quality of Service Promise
Our promise to our customers is that every handmade batch of Brittle Bark will be freshly made, carefully packaged, expertly shipped and tracked, and customer feedback reviewed to make sure you are satisfied. Our job isn’t done until the package is safely delivered – and that’s a promise!
Shipping
Brittle Bark ships using USPS Priority Mail Service. This provides both insurance and tracking information for each order. Once the temperatures go above 70 degrees in our location, we start cold packing orders to ensure they arrive safely.
There is an additional fee added to the cost to ship your order that is based on the number of items that your order. This covers the cost of the ice packs and the insulated shipping container or material that we purchase to line the shipping cartons to keep the ice packs cold.
Within 3 business days of receiving your order, we will ship your package to the person(s) specified during checkout. Please allow 2-3 days transit time for your package to arrive.
Privacy
Brittle Bark recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We use the information that you provide to us to make and ship your order. In addition, we may offer special pricing to our customers, and will communicate these discounts using your e-mail address. With the first notice of a special discount, you may unsubcribe and we will no longer send you promotions. We will remove you from our distribution list, which is private to Brittle Bark and not shared in any form with other companies. Your credit card information is not provided to us and we therefore do not store it in any way. The privacy of your payment of your purchase is protected by PayPal.
