Our Quality of Service Promise
Our promise to our customers is that every handmade batch of Brittle Bark will be freshly made, carefully packaged, expertly shipped and tracked, and customer feedback reviewed to make sure you are satisfied. Our job isn't done until the package is safely delivered - and that's a promise!
While we do direct sell at large shows in our area, we primarily offer Brittle Bark through gourmet and other specialty food shops as well as many gift shops in the northeast part of the USA. E-mail us for a store location near you. Our online business is our store. Stop back often as new products are constantly being added to Amazon and our company website.
Shipping
Brittle Bark is shipped when the weather permits. We do not use ice packs for shipping, so require 72 degrees or less to ship to your location. We will notify you if we believe there will be a shipping issue, and reserve the right to hold your order for shipping until weather conditions permit it to be safely transported.
Within 2 days of receiving your order, we will ship your package to the person(s) specified during checkout. Please allow 2-3 days transit time for your package to arrive.
Privacy
Brittle Bark recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We use the information that you provide to us to make and ship your order. In addition, we may offer special pricing to our customers, and will communicate these discounts using your e-mail address. With the first notice of a special discount, you may reply to the message and request that we no longer send you promotions. We will remove you from our distribution list, which is private to Brittle Bark and not shared in any form with other companies. Your credit card information is not provided to us and we therefore do not store it in any way. The privacy of your payment of your purchase is protected by PayPal.
